Faustino on üks kompaktsemaid jahvatajaid, mis loodud. Mõned aastad tagasi olid olemas vaid suured, professionaalsetele kohvikutele loodud jahvatajad. Aga see oli paljudele inimestele probleem. Aga mida me peame silmas? Seda, et jahvataja peab olema piisavalt "powerful" et jagu saada ka kõige raskemini jahvatatavatest kohviubadest. Lisaks - jahvataja peab selle "poweri" juures olema ka äärmiselt täpselt seadistatav. See mõjutab väga otseselt valmistatava espresso kvaliteeti.

The Faustino is one of the most compact grinders ever built. A few years ago there were only large grinders, built for professional cafés. For a lot of people that was a problem: the grinder simply did not fit in the kitchen! Rocket took that problem on and solved it. The result is as small a grinder as possible, without giving up a single gram of quality. And what do we mean by that? That a grinder has to be powerful enough to handle even the hardest beans to grind. And that alongside that power it has to be adjustable with real precision. That has a very direct effect on the quality of the espresso you pull.
