Äärmiselt vajalik lisa. Ilma selleta on keeruline. Tundub lihtne toode, kuid tegelikult peab see olema kvaliteetne. Ta peab olema piisavalt pehme, et oleks mugav töötada, samas piisavalt tugev, et "lössi" ei vajuks ning et oleks võimalik võimalikult tasapinnaliselt pressida.

An absolutely necessary addition. Without one it is awkward. It looks like a simple product, but it does actually have to be a good one. It has to be soft enough to be comfortable to work on, and firm enough that it does not sag, so you can tamp as level as possible.

Peale suuruse on oluline veel kuju. Miks? Seetõttu, et tekiks mõnus keeris, kui auru piima sisse pihustad. Tulemuseks on mõnus, selline kreemjas piimavaht, mida on super hea valada ning piisab juba väikesest harjutamisest, kui käppa saab ka südamete ja teiste kujundite joonistamise. Aga see nõuab natuke praktiseerimist!





 A milk jug is a milk jug.

There is honestly not much to say here. Except perhaps that the shape of the jug actually matters. And the size. This one is the larger jug, holding 75cl. We recommend it when you know you have guests often and need to make two or more milk drinks at a time: flat white, cappuccino or latte.

Beyond the size, the shape matters. Why? Because it is what creates that nice whirlpool when you put the steam into the milk. The result is lovely creamy microfoam that pours beautifully, and after a little practice you will get the hang of drawing hearts and other patterns. But that does take some practising!
