Vesi on teema.
Mida selle all mõtleme.
See on ülilihtne!
Water is a subject.
What do we mean by that. That some people reckon nearly 90% of the taste of an espresso actually comes down to the water you use. And they have a point. In the Nordics the water is often quite hard, meaning it contains a fair amount of calcium. Calcium on its own does not change the taste of the water very much, though it does change it a little. What is worth remembering, though, is that the life of your machine depends directly on the water you put through it. And calcium, or more precisely the limescale calcium forms in hot water, is very bad for a machine.
So our recommendation is: do use this filter. It could not be simpler. Take the filter out of its packaging and drop it into the water tank. That is if you make your espresso from the water in the machine's reservoir and the machine is not plumbed directly into the house supply, in which case we strongly recommend using filtered water.
You can leave the filter in the tank and forget about it for up to 12 months. Then it needs replacing with a new one.
